How do I choose a perfume online?
Every perfume lists its notes, scent family, intensity, season and mood. If a perfume you already know smells right, look for the same notes or the same family. The Scent Finder can suggest a shortlist from six questions, and Ask Arco answers questions any time.
What do top, heart and base notes mean?
Top notes are what you smell first, for the first few minutes. Heart notes appear as it settles and last a few hours. Base notes are the foundation that stays longest, such as musk, vanilla, amber, woods and oud.
What does "Inspired by" mean?
It means the perfume has a character similar to the designer fragrance named. It is the house's own creation; the designer name is used only to describe the scent, and we are not affiliated with those brands.
How long will a perfume last?
It depends on the perfume and your skin. Look at the intensity on each perfume: Soft sits close, Medium is noticeable and Strong leaves a trail. Spray on moisturised skin at your pulse points and avoid rubbing it in.
What is the difference between EDP and EDT?
Eau de parfum (EDP) has a higher concentration of perfume oils than eau de toilette (EDT), so it is usually richer and lasts longer.

Can I return a perfume?
Unopened perfume in its sealed packaging may be returned. Opened fragrance can only be returned if it is faulty.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link by email once your parcel is with the courier. You can also see your orders under My account.
A perfume is sold out. Will it be back?
